The Brand Fellows (TBF) is a Singapore brand and design consultancy company qualified to help clients with the Enterprise Development Grant. Lead by Jingle Chen, which is an Expert Singapore Certified Management Brand Consultant, she leads and makes sure all projects and proposals are aligned with the client’s budget, expectations and most importantly, ease of implementation to local and oversea markets.
